Lois Olsen from Irma, Alberta, stepped forward as the lucky winner of the $50 million Jackpot drawn November 11.

Lois said she was speechless, surprised and stressed when she discovered her winning ticket the day after the draw. The 80-year-old grandmother purchased her Lotto Max ticket at the Co-Op in Irma and the matching winner was a quick pick.

On Wednesday she revealed that she has plans to help her loved one including her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. She also plans to buy a new SUV and travel.

Olsen is the third Albertan to win large over 2 days in November, a Coaldale man won $1.2 million in the same draw as Olsen. The Daily Grand Jackpot from November 10 was also won in Edmonton, but has not yet been claimed.
