A St. Albert man is now facing charges after a St. Albert Transit bus crashed into a home in September.

The bus drove through two backyards before crashing into a home in the Heritage Lakes area. Two people were home when the crash happened, but neither was seriously hurt.

Neil Christensen has now been charged with careless driving in connection to the case. At the time, he was employed by St. Albert Transit. He no longer works for the city. He is scheduled to make his first court appearance on January 27 at the St. Albert Provincial Court.
