The Canadian Culinary Federation (CCF) is hosting its annual High School Culinary Challenge next week. Over the years the local competition has brought in 85 different high school teams to test their skills in the NAIT Kitchen. We will be speaking to some of those involved with this year’s event.
Plus, everyone seems to be talking about “The Local Good”, the community group has been busy organizing all kinds of initiatives this past year, its latest endeavor; “The Edmonton Resilience Festival”. The one of a kind event aims to strengthen community resilience through skill-sharing workshops, and inspire participants to create a sustainable and creative future; two of the fests organizers join us Monday.
