The average high for Mid-October in Edmonton is 10C.

But...we haven't had a double-digit day since Oct 4th. In fact, It's been a week since Edmonton was even above 5 degrees!

The city hit a high of 6.3 degrees last Wednesday. That's the only day above 5C since Oct 6th.

BUT...we're set to get back above 5 degrees today AND over the next few days.

Eastern Alberta will keep the clouds for most of today.

In the Capital Region & areas to the west, skies will clear this afternoon.

So, we'll get some sun to go along with the milder temperatures.

Forecast continues to look fairly dry for the Edmonton area & most surrounding regions.

However, the Red Deer area has had a bit of precipitation this morning.

And...in NW Alberta we have a risk of some scattered showers tonight & Thursday.
