Temperatures were rising overnight and Edmonton should get back into single digits today.
BUT...there's a catch.  The WIND will be gusty once again.
We're dealing with 20-30km/h wind & gusts in the 50-60km/h range across much of Central and North-Central Alberta today.
Wind chill will make it feel about 10 degrees colder than it reads on thermometers.

There may also be some scattered pockets of flurries.  That snow isn't expected to amount to much.
However, blowing & drifting snow could be an issue in some areas later this morning & this afternoon.

Wind looks calmer Thursday.  But, temperatures will be cooler.  So...it probably won't FEEL much warmer in Edmonton until Friday.
AND...we're still expecting daytime highs near or above 0 by this weekend.
