Edmonton Transit System is giving customers a heads up – as starting in mid-February, their Customer Service Centre will have moved.

The city announced the centre, where many ETS customers purchase bus passes and tickets, and find information on bus routes and guides, will be moving to the main floor of City Hall, in the northwest corner.

Up until the move, the centre has been located in the Churchill LRT Station.

“The Customer Services Centre has been a long-time resident on the pedway level in Churchill LRT Station, and this will be a major change for some customers,” Patricia Waisman with ETS said in a press release. “We hope this move to City Hall’s main floor will make locating the Customer Services office easier, while maintaining direct access from Churchill LRT Station.

On Feb. 19, the centre will begin operations out of offices located in City Hall, in the northwest corner.

The centre will operate between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
