A house in central Edmonton was destroyed after an overnight fire Sunday.
Fire crews were called to the house at 107 Avenue and 96 Street shortly after midnight.
It took more than an hour for firefighters to get the fire under control.
Investigators are looking into the cause. No one is believed to have been living in the McCauley area house at the time. Damage is extensive.
