A former St. Albert bus driver who nearly drove his bus into a home, pleaded guilty to careless driving Tuesday morning.
Neil Christensen was charged with careless driving, after the bus he was driving crashed through two St. Albert backyards, and nearly struck a house on Haviland Crescent after 6 p.m. Tuesday, September 30.
Christensen was the only person on the bus when the incident happened, he suffered minor injuries in the crash.
Christensen has since lost his job with St. Albert Transit.
He was fined $575 Tuesday.
