A young child had to be taken to hospital Monday morning after a child was hit by a truck on the roadway near a school.
Officials said the 6-year-old boy was hit while crossing 117 Street near St. Timothy School Monday morning.
The child was rushed to hospital, but fortunately only suffered minor injuries.
It’s believed the youngster ran across the street, and wasn’t in a crosswalk.
No charges have been laid.
