The Edmonton Oilers have re-signed defenceman Justin Schultz to a one-year, $3.675 million deal.
Schultz, 24, scored 11 goals and added 22 assists in 74 games with the Oilers in 2013-14.
In 122 career games with the Oilers, Schultz has scored 19 goals and added 41 assists.
He was named to the NHL All-Rookie Team in 2012-13.
Originally drafted in the second round (43rd overall) by the Anaheim Ducks, Schultz signed an incentive-laden, two-year deal with the Oilers worth $3.775 million in 2012.
The Ducks forfeited his rights in May, 2012 after not being able to agree to a contract with Schultz within 30 days of his de-registration from the University of Wisconsin.
