The City of Edmonton has announced the seasonal parking ban put in place earlier in the week would be lifted by Thursday evening.
Officials said as of 5 p.m. Thursday, the seasonal parking ban that barred motorists from parking on the street on residential bus routes, would be lifted.
The ban was enacted Tuesday at 11 p.m. after several centimetres of snow fell earlier in the week.
City officials said due to warm temperatures in the forecast, neighbourhood blading isn’t scheduled – officials plan to monitor streets to ensure they are safe.
