Tenants displaced by a condo fire in Clareview will soon be able to retrieve their belongings from their damaged units.

KDM Management, who run the building at 301 Clareview Station Drive,  said they will open the building in two stages starting Monday.

Units north of the firewall will be the first to open and on Wednesday the south side of the building will be opened from the third floor down.

Each tenant will be allowed back in for 30 minutes to gather their belongings.

Over 155 people have been displaced by the fire, which happened Friday evening.

Fire officials have said the entire building was damaged and estimated the cost to be $16.3 million.

The Canadian Red Cross was on hand to help residents with emergency food, clothing and accommodation.
