A few years after it disappeared from the halls of West Edmonton Mall, the beloved massive copper whale sculpture will be back.
The whale disappeared back in 2010, to make way for a seating area in front of the Victoria’s Secret store.
At the time, CTV News reported the mall planned to keep the whale in storage until it could find a new home.
On Wednesday, West Edmonton Mall officials confirmed the sculpture had been restored, and will be installed near Sears in Phase One.
