Edmonton police have determined the death of a man in the city’s north side is homicide, and the victim has been identified.
Police said Tuesday that Tyrone Bell, 27, of Edmonton, died from multiple gunshot wounds Friday, October 4.
The investigation began after police were called to the area of 164 Avenue and 87 Street at about 3:20 a.m., after receiving reports of a man in distress.
When officers arrived, they found a deceased man on the front steps of a home in the area.
