A man is dead after a rollover accident near Red Deer early Friday, Blackfalds RCMP said.
Mounties and Emergency Services responded to a report of an accident on Railway Avenue in Clive just after midnight where a Chrysler Intrepid rolled over after going off road.
A 23-year-old man from Drumheller was declared dead on scene, and the two other men in the vehicle were treated for minor injuries.
The driver, 25-year-old Jacob Stahl of Bashaw, Alberta, is facing three charges including the operation of a vehicle while impaired causing death.
Stahl was released and is scheduled to appear in court in Red Deer on August 24.
