Edmonton police said one man was sent to hospital Tuesday morning after a home invasion in the city’s northwest.
Police were called to the area of 120 Avenue and 125 Street just after 7 a.m. Tuesday – when officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The 28-year-old was treated on the scene by paramedics and then taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Reports indicated three male suspects, all dressed in black clothing, went into a home, used bear spray and shot one person.
It’s believed the incident was targeted, no one else in the home was injured.
