A man has been sent to hospital with suspected broken bones, after being hit by a car early Thursday morning.
It happened just after midnight near the intersection of Whyte Avenue and 100 Street.
Police say the man was struck by a red hatchback vehicle. They don't believe speed and alcohol were factors in this collision.
Whyte Avenue was closed for about an hour, but has since fully reopened.
