It was just over five months ago that firefighters responded to a devastating fire at a condo development in the Southwest Windermere neighbourhood. The March 15th blaze caused $6 million in damage to the property and nearby residences. Police have since classified the fire as arson.  On Friday, police released previously unseen video and photos in hopes of jogging someone's memory about the night of the crime.

The video was shot by EPS Air 1 that night, as it flew over the area of 10th avenue and 172nd street where the fire was burning.

“We’ve been hard at this investigation for several months now, and we believe there may be more than one suspect involved,” Staff Sgt. Terry Innes, of the EPS Arson Section said in a written release. “We’re hopeful that a member of the public, who might see this video footage, may come forward with information regarding suspects and will contact police or Crime Stoppers and make an anonymous tip.”

If you have information about the arson, you’re urged to call police at 780-423-4567, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, or #377 from a mobile phone.
