Maskwacis RCMP are turning to the public for help after a seriously injured girl was found on a gravel road in the rural area of the Samson Cree Nation early Sunday morning.
According to police, the unidentified girl, believed to be a teenager, was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
No other details have been released.
The Samson Cree Nation is located about 70 kilometres south of Edmonton.
