RCMP investigating after cat found mutilated in Fort Saskatchewan

RCMP in Fort Saskatchewan said an investigation was underway, after a dead cat was found – it’s believed it was mutilated.

Police said the deceased animal was found on the walking trail that parallels Highway 21 southbound near the intersection of 94 Street in Fort Saskatchewan.

It’s not clear of the cat lived in a home in the area, or of it was a stray.
