Police south of Edmonton are investigating, after officers were called to a trailer early Monday morning, and found a deceased person inside.
Wetaskiwin RCMP said officers were called to a trailer in that community on reports that a deceased person was inside. When police arrived, they found and confirmed a deceased individual was inside a partially burned holiday trailer.
Investigators from the RCMP Major CrimeS Unit and the Office of the Fire Commissioner are examining evidence, and police said no connection has been made between the deceased person, and the burn damage to the trailer
An autopsy has been scheduled for Tuesday in Edmonton, to determine the cause of death and to identify the deceased.
