Tropical Oatmeal Cookies

  • 1 cup Vegan Margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax and 6 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup dried mango

Direction: Cream sugars and margarine. Add flax, water and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Add oats and dried fruits. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
