Two people were taken to hospital after a minivan hit a grader in west Edmonton, Thursday night.
The collision happened just before 10:00 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Yellowhead Trail near 231 Street.
Police say the van crashed into the back of grader, and then hit the ditch. The 20-year-old female driver of the minivan was flown by STARS Air Ambulance to hospital. The other was rushed away in a ground ambulance.
STARS told CTV News Friday morning that the driver was taken to hospital in serious condition.
The investigation continues.
