Edmonton Oilers officials said Friday that tickets to attend a celebration to mark three decades since the team’s first Stanley Cup win are sold out.

The event, slated for October 10 at Rexall Place, was announced by former Edmonton Oilers players Kevin Lowe and Wayne Gretzky Tuesday.

Few details have been announced on the event, only that the entire roster of the 1984 Edmonton Oilers are expected to attend.

Tickets to the event went on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, and the team said the $99 tickets were sold within an hour.

The team said net proceeds from the event will go to the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation, in support of the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation to build a new Pediatric Ambulatory Clinic.
