A multi-vehicle collision involving a semi-truck tied up traffic in the city’s west end Friday afternoon.
The crash involved several cars and a semi-truck.
Police say a sports car tried to turn left in front of an oncoming van and semi-truck.
The van was sandwiched between the car and the semi, which was also sent careening into a power pole.
The driver of the van was taken to hospital as a precaution.
No other injuries were reported.
Epcor crews were on scene trying to replace the power pole.
