An Edmonton man will face second degree murder charges in the death of a Fort Saskatchewan woman.
Following a preliminary hearing in Red Deer a provincial judge has determined there is enough evidence for Mark Lindsay to go to trial.
Lindsay is charged in the death of 31-year-old Dana Turner.
No date has been set.
Lindsay is the son of former Edmonton police chief John Lindsay.
