Ward Three is full of mature neighbourhoods like Lago Lindo but there are also neighbourhoods like Eaux Claires which are seeing growth in new commercial and residential buildings. It is one of the smaller Wards both in geographical size and population.

Key Issues:

This Ward has been receiving a lot of help from the City of Edmonton's neighbourhood renewal program. Several roads are slated for complete overlays in the coming years and many more need complete renewals including new sidewalks and street lamps.
