A 28-year-old Alberta man is dead after a snowmobile accident near Kamloops on Saturday.
The incident happened during the Western Canada Hillcross Race at the Sun Peaks Resort. RCMP says the snowmobiler was airlifted off the mountain with serious injuries, but later died.
The remainder of the event has been cancelled.
