RCMP in Kitscoty are investigating a murder – after results from the autopsy of a man in his 30s showed the man was murdered.
Police confirmed Bryan Gower, 35, of Lloydminster, was slain.
Results of the autopsy showed he was shot.
Investigators also said a second male also suffered non-life threatening injuries, and was found in the area of Gower’s murder – but police said that man had no involvement in the slaying.
The news comes only days after RCMP officers, responding to a call to a rural location in the north end of Lloydminster, found Gower’s body.
