The Edmonton Police Service says a 21-year-old woman who had not been seen or heard from since Dec. 12 has now been located.

Police reported on Dec. 29 that Joelle Fiddler was last seen leaving the Royal Alexandra Hospital and that family considered her disappearance out of character.

On Wednesday afternoon, EPS said she had been located safe and unharmed.
