Police are asking for help identifying a man allegedly involved in a sexual assault on the Edmonton LRT.
The Edmonton Police Service says that just after midnight on September 29, a woman was approached by a man after he boarded the LRT at Churchill Station.
Police say he appeared to be intoxicated and tried several times to sit next to her. When the woman tried to leave, he allegedly sexually assaulted her.
Investigators have released a photo and description of the suspect:
- Caucasian
- Approximately 25-30 years old
- 5'8" tall (176 centimetres)
- wearing a blue/green plaid shirt with blue jeans and white shoes.
