EDMONTON -- Edmonton was hit with a summer storm Monday evening.

Many areas saw torrential rain. EPCOR reported that the underpasses at 170 and 178 Street on the Whitemud had been flooded.

CTV Edmonton weather stations around the city recorded between 10 and 32 millimetres of rain that evening. The highest amounts were counted in south and east Edmonton. 

According to government weather data, Edmonton Blatchford measured 33 millimetres of precipitation, Edmonton South Campus saw 32 millimetres, and Edmonton International Airport just over nine millimetres.
