Ingredients:

  • Pie crust for a large Deep dish Pie.
  • 1 can each of apple, blueberry and cherry pie filling.
  • 1 Package Puff Pastry.
  • 2 Egg white
  • 1 TBSP Water
  • 1 TBSP Sugar

To Assemble:

Cut puff pastry into 1 inch strips and bake as per package instructions until just brown.

Take a rolling pin and roll the puff pastry flat.

Roll out your pastry for the bottom and place in a deep dish pie plate.

Combine egg white and water and brush bottom pastry with egg white wash.

Place about ½ to 2/3 can of apple pie filling so there is a nice layer on the bottom not too thick.

Next cover apple with puff pastry strips so that no apple is showing.

Repeat this step with the blueberry filling, then with the cherry filling on top.

Cut your pastry for the top into strips and lattice the top over the cherry. Tuck pastry into bottom pastry to seal.

Brush lattice with egg wash and sprinkle sugar on top.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and bake on bottom rack for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on how big your pie pan is.

Let pie sit until you can easily touch pan so it sets.
