A central Alberta man has pleaded guilty to impaired driving causing death after a crash that claimed the lives of Brad and Krista Howe.
Chad Olsen, 23, was driving a pickup at a high rate of speed when the vehicle slammed into a small car. The crash happened in Red Deer in February.
Thirty-four-year-old Brad and 35-year-old Krista left behind five children, three of their own and a niece and nephew they were raising.
Olsen will be sentenced in April.
