A man with outstanding warrants was arrested in Alberta Beach Friday afternoon.
After alerting the public about a potential threat in the area, Stony Plain RCMP, with the assistance of an emergency response team, arrested a Glenevis man at approximately 5 p.m.
After taking 24-year-old Andrew Potts of Glenevis into custody, RCMP said the man was arrested without incident.
Potts was arrested for a number of outstanding warrants out of Mayerthorpe.
