Charges dismissed against EPS officer accused of forgery

EDMONTON -- An Edmonton Police Service officer who was accused of writing the wrong date on multiple traffic tickets and correcting the date later had their charges dismissed.
In 2019, EPS Const. Lauren Skibinsky was charged with forgery, obstruction of justice and misconduct of officer executing process of the Criminal Code.
The charges were dismissed in January 2021.
