Craig Ellingson
ContactCraig Ellingson is a digital journalist at CTV News Edmonton.
After earning his journalism degree at the University of Regina, Craig worked at a number of newspapers as a reporter and an editor in Saskatchewan and Manitoba before heading to Alberta to work at the Calgary Sun in 2004.
He joined the Edmonton Journal in 2012 and worked there in various editing positions before joining CTV Edmonton in 2023.
Craig has covered a variety of topics ranging from sports, breaking news and business to politics, health and education.
Away from work, he contemplates hundreds of potential home-renovation projects (and even finishes one or two of them), plays hockey, reads books (not enough fiction, though), plucks like the beginner he is on the bass guitar and walks a lot.
Craig speaks English.
