Effective immediately, the city is closing one of its snow storage sites to the public.
The site, located at 185 Street and 107 Avenue is being closed because the city says with the amount of snow that has been dumped, little space is left over for large trucks to manoeuvre through the site.
The city says if private contractors or members of the public wish to dump snow, they may do by using one of the other sites, which include:
- 66 Street - 188 Avenue
- 156 Street - Ellerslie Road
- 17 Street - north of Whitemud Drive (at approximately 52 Avenue)
