Police are warning the public, after a man in his 50s was charged in connection to a number of incidents that reportedly happened up to five years ago.

Edmonton police said Monday that Thomas Darcy Molloy, 53, has been charged with three counts of sexual assault.

The charges stem from three separate incidents involving women, between October 2008 and May 2012.

According to police, Molloy has been granted bail – on a number of conditions, including not accessing the internet, not to begin a personal or romantic relationship, no visitors, unless allowed by probation officials, and no overnight visitors, 24-hour in-house arrest.
