Police have issued a public warning about a violent offender that was recently released from jail.
Officials said Brian Jospeh Boysis, 30, was likely to reoffend.
They said he was serving a lengthy sentence for manslaughter, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm.
Boysis will be living in the Edmonton area and will be monitored by a unit of the Edmonton Police Service.
