Police south of Edmonton are investigating after an abandoned house burned early Monday morning.
Leduc RCMP said police and firefighters were called to the fire on Highway 625, between Nisku and Beaumont at about 6:30 a.m. Monday.
The fire was put out, but is believed to be suspicious.
On Tuesday, officers were seen on the property, combing the grounds – but would not comment on what they were looking for.
