RCMP have released the name of a woman who died following an apparent domestic dispute in northern Alberta.
Police say 30-year-old Dawn Lynn O'Donald of Wembley died in the Grande Prairie hospital after officers found her outside a residence Saturday evening with numerous cuts to her body.
A 32-year-old man who was known to O'Donald was arrested a short distance away.
James Thomas McIntyre of Tumbler Ridge, B.C., has been charged with second-degree murder and is to appear in a Grande Prairie court today.
