Spruce Grove and Stony Plain RCMP are on the lookout for a man, wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Police west of Edmonton are searching for 23-year-old Justin Rowan, from Enoch, Alberta.
Rowan is described as:
- 178 cm (5’10”) tall
- 68 kg (150 lbs)
- Brown hair
- Brown eyes
- Star tattoo on his left cheek
A Canada-wide warrant for his arrest was issued in January, 2012 for a parole violation – Rowan’s original charges include assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats and break and enter.
RCMP said they are distributing his photo because they have received reports that Rowan has been seen in the area, including Enoch and Edmonton.
