Six men have been charged after a weekend altercation sent four people to hospital early Sunday morning.

The incident occurred around 2:40 a.m. in the area of 182 Street and 95 Avenue between two groups of people.

Police explained that knives became involved in the altercation and four people were stabbed.

A woman in her 20s and three men in their 30s were sent to hospital with serious, but not life threatening, injuries.

The canine unit was used to track down suspects in the alleged assault and the tactical section surrounded a home on 96 Avenue and 182 Street.

Shoul Akayj Dang, 23, Agouk Gugu Dang, 21, Mathew James Slaunwhite, 18, Brandon Trevor Bernard, 18, Peyton Michael Ohlesen, 18 and Aaron James Hollmer, 20 have been charged in the case.
