After putting out a call to the public in the search for a missing teenaged boy, police south of Edmonton have confirmed the young boy had been found.
Earlier Thursday, Leduc RCMP asked for help finding the boy, last seen leaving his home on August 22.
Hours later, RCMP said an unidentified person identified the boy, and reported to police.
Officers investigated and confirmed the boy was the same teen who had been reported missing, police said he was unharmed.
