Slave Lake RCMP said two people have been charged in connection to the death of a young Spruce Grove woman who was pulled from the Lesser Slave River earlier this month.
RCMP said Warren Kyle Warren, 34, of Slave Lake, and Jessica Melinda Davis, 27, of Spruce Grove have both been charged with second degree murder and indignity to human remains.
Nicole Robar, 21, of Spruce Grove was reported missing August 1 to Spruce Grove RCMP. Her body was recovered from the Lesser Slave River August 5.
The two accused are scheduled to appear in court on Slave Lake Wednesday.
