A former Edmonton foster mom accused of killing a little boy in her care will find out her fate Wednesday.
Lily Choy is on trial for the second time after an earlier conviction for manslaughter was overturned by the Court of Appeal.
Choy was charged after the three-year-old boy died of a head injury in her home in 2007.
The final arguments in the case are wrapping Tuesday with the judge expected to render a decision Wednesday.
