- careless use of a firearm;
- unlawful possession of a firearm;
- pointing a firearm;
- uttering threats;

- knowingly possess a prohibited weapon.
He was brought before a Justice of the Peace and remanded into custody.
A court date has been set for May 14 in Fort Vermilion.
