Travis Vader will be back in court on Monday.
Vader, who is awaiting trial on murder charges in the deaths of Lyle and Marie McCann, will be appearing to answer charges stemming from a February incident.
According to police, Vader was involved in a altercation with his mother’s boyfriend on February 12.
The incident took place at his mother’s home and charges of assault and breach of bail were laid.
Vader had been staying at his mother’s house while he awaited his trial, which has been set for March, 2016.
