Edmonton Transit Services will be making some permanent service changes to several downtown routes.
The changes will begin on Sunday June, 28 and according to the City of Edmonton were a result of construction and redevelopment in the area.
The ETS website indicates the biggest changes will take place along 102 Avenue between 95 Street and 103 Street as no buses will run along this corridor.
Additional bus stop and bus signals will also be added to help minimize the impact to riders.
Road and lane closures will also be affecting transit service in the downtown area including work on the LRT Valley Line.
